I met Jessica our photographer and felt very comfortable with her from day one.  She was willing to work around our budget and she did an incredible job the day of the wedding.  She made us feel very comfortable and did not get in our way.  She captured just about everything you can possibly capture in a wedding ceremony and wedding reception.  She took great pictures in the park as well.  I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to work with a photographer who caters to all your requests and genuinely cares about you.‎

We hired Jessica for our November 2009 wedding, and we could not have been happier.  Although we have not received the pictures as of yet (it's still too early), we felt very comfortable and at ease with Jessica.  We never once felt like statues or mannequins.  She was just so natural and easy.. As an event planner, it is always a breath of fresh air to work with professionals who are sincere and truly love what they do.  Jessica of Captured by Goodheart is one of those professionals.  With only a week until their intimate courthouse wedding and a very limited budget, I advised my client to hire Captured by Goodheart in November 2009.  Jessica made herself available with short notice and worked within their tight budget.  She recommended the perfect location for a breathtaking wedding photo shoot with the Verrazano Bridge as a backdrop and even took beautiful photos at an intimate wedding dinner.  I was blown away and my expectations were exceeded when she provided a professional wedding photo dvd before the dinner was over so that we could surprise their wedding guests with a view of their wedding day.  Jessica was professional, flexible and blessed with a creative eye for fully capturing the love and intimacy of a truly happy couple at one of their most memorable moments in life.  It was my pleasure to work with Jessica who helped me demonstrate that a frugal wedding is just as beautiful and meaningful as one with a million dollar price tag.  Jessica Goodheart, true to her name...a real Good Heart!

Jessica Goodheart took our family's holiday pictures (2009).   We wanted candid, fresh pictures of our son playing in the park.  We also wanted a natural family portrait. It was amazing.  Jessica really listens to what you want and gives her opinion as well.  It was a beautiful balance.  Jessica was very sweet to our son which made him very comfortable.  He was able to play and laugh for the pictures.  I highly recommend her for her professionalism, insight and skill.  She captured the sweet innocent moments of our son.  The fleeting moments of him growing up were Captured by Goodheart.

Jessica and I are co-laborers in the same ministry but even before we worked together, we were always talking about setting a date to take pictures. Then it finally happened on a cold Saturday in February. The beauty about that cold day is the warmth that Jessica brought to the entire time of the photo session. I thought I knew about posing but really didn’t and yet Jessica made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable setting. She encourages her clients to be natural in their photos to capture the purest shot and I admired that. I also admired how courageous she was in the angles she was willing to shoot from for creativity’s sake.
